We are very proud to partner with well-established university Co-Op and Internship Programs in the Philadelphia market to support experiential education alongside the student’s classroom learning.

Qualified undergrad students studying Construction Management or related-AEC majors join us for a 3-6 month paid intensive and are exposed to many areas of the business - both in the field and office operations learning all aspects of the construction project lifecycle.

These hands-on mentorship programs is a win-win for both MBC and the students and has provided a realistic working environment that supports our upcoming graduates in the Philadelphia area.
