This project consisted of major additions and alterations to the 24,000 sq. ft. full-service auto dealership on Essington Ave. The expansion and renovations were phased out as the existing dealership remained fully occupied and operational during construction. Three main components were added to the existing buildings: a service extension, a link between the sales and service buildings, and a new controlled service drop-off/write-up area along with site work. Work began in December 2012 and was completed in August 2013.
