Located in West Philadelphia, this project encompasses significant exterior site enhancements and the renovation of the recreation center’s front and side entrances, with a focus on providing ADA-compliant access throughout the facility.

The initial phase involves reconfiguring underutilized exterior areas to optimize site functionality and deliver additional amenities for the community. Key upgrades include: installation of a new spray ground, addition of new playground equipment, resurfacing of basketball courts, construction of a multi-use striped court, installation of outdoor exercise equipment, creation of seating and gathering areas and implementation of additional security cameras. Subsequent project phases will feature further upgrades to the recreational fields, ensuring continued enhancement of community resources
