King of Prussia, PA

This project included extensive renovations and additions to the existing five-story hotel with 80 guest rooms. Phase 1 of construction replaced the sewer main that runs under the corner of the new addition. The 1-story building attached to the hotel was demolished and a new three-story lobby featuring a gymnasium was added along with new elevator buildings. Construction began in February 2017 and lasted 8 months.
