JUVENILE PROBATION BUILDING

Project consisted of 13,000 sq. ft. of renovations including repointing and resealing of the exterior stone envelope, below-grade waterproofing and re-grading, window replacement, and selective demolition of interior portions. New ADA-compliant toilet rooms were installed as well as new ceilings, lighting, and finishes. All mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems were replaced.

YOUTH CENTER BUILDING

Project included 7,000 sq. ft. of phased construction while the building was occupied and utilized. Renovations included demolition, an expanded vestibule, updated waiting areas, conference rooms, restrooms, ceilings, lighting, and finishes. All mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems were replaced.
