Project consisted of a 10,000 sq. ft. tenant fit-out for a Center City structural engineering firm and included demolition of the previous tenant’s space and installation of all new partitions, fire protection, tele/data, HVAC, lighting & electricity as well as custom millwork and doors. MBC also provided interior design services of finishes customized for Owner selections in the administrative suite. Finishes were selected for the open office area and kitchenette to coordinate with new workstations, accent colors, and furniture. In particular, the carpet tile selected is formulated with EcoWorx tile backing and contains recycled content providing performance and sustainability.
