NewCourtland Apartments at St. Bartholomew Phase 2

This phase II is a LIHTC-funded project that added 48 one-bedroom apartments for low-income seniors and provide parking on the ground level. The building features 92 units, a large community room, and an on-site PACE | LIFE Center providing on-site healthcare and social engagement. The 6-story, 56,000 square foot building is a high-performance, energy-efficient building designed to meet the requirements of EnergyStar Certification and Enterprise Green Communities with a reduced HERS rating.
