This project consisted of renovations to the existing five story health center which services the short term care and long term care residents of Pine Run Senior Living.
This 88,000 sq. ft. health center features 123 resident rooms, dining & living areas, activity centers, and event gathering spaces for visitors.
The five phase healthcare project was fully occupied during construction. MEP & FP was completed on a Design/Build basis.
