This completed Phase 2 is a LIHTC-funded project that adds 48 one-bedroom apartments for low-income seniors and provide parking on the ground level.
The building offers 92 independent living units, a large community room, and an on-site PACE | LIFE Center providing on-site healthcare and social engagement. The 6-story, 56,000 sq. ft. building is a high-performance, energy-efficient building designed to meet the requirements of EnergyStar Certification and Enterprise Green Communities with a reduced HERS rating.
