Northgate II Weatherization Project

As part of the NJHMFA Multifamily Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP), this apartment complex (High-rise and Low-rise) received significant energy-efficient upgrades and exceeded an energy reduction target of 15% and a payback period of under 10 years. Scope of work included upgrades to the mechanical, electrical, and exterior envelope of the structure resulting in significant energy cost reductions. Financing was provided by NJHMFA through grants provided by the America Recovery & Investment Act of 2009.
