Construction starts at latest MBC Project, Woodlawn Storage Facility

And just like that…MBC is excited to have another project starting up. Construction has officially started at the Woodlawn Life Storage Facility in the Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia! Stay tuned to watch this tight site turn into a beautiful 6-story,131,000 square foot self-storage facility. The site formerly served as a parking lot and a long time ago was an autobody shop. Site excavation is set to start later this week, while the project team is prepping diligently on a safety plan for the surrounding community. JKRP Architects is serving as the Architect-of-Record and the build is expected to last about a year. We can’t wait for you to see what’s in… store-age (get it?!?) for this great project! #buildingontrust#mbcbuilds#newprojects#lifestorage#dadjokes#jkrparchitectsLife Storage
