Timelapse Tuesday! 🙌 The Apartments at New Market West is moving right along and gearing up for opening this summer, check out our progress! The Apartments will round out this multi-phase complex in West Philadelphia and will soon provide additional homes for the surrounding community. Congratulations is also in order for New Market West as the project was recently awarded one of Philadelphia Business Journal’s Project of the Year 2020! 🥳🥳🥳 New Market West Core and Shell, a Joint Venture project with CPM Housing Group, started as a 1.5 acre abandoned lot in West Philly and now flourishes as a five-story Class A commercial office and retail building serving tenants such as Mercy Senior Center and Wonderspring Early Learning Center among others.
