MBC Celebrates Women in Construction Week 2022!
The women of MBC are jumping for joy for Women in Construction Week!🥳🎉Every year, during the first full week in March, we take time to celebrate all the outstanding initiatives and hard work led by of our lovely ladies at McDonald Building Company. We are so proud to have welcomed 16 women to MBC in the last 2 years alone. These talented individuals represent more than half our resource growth in the last two years and just over 40% of our total employee count. What a great testament to an industry that historically was dominated by men. We appreciate all the brave women in the construction industry who make significant contributions every day.
