Not only is she an entrepreneur/developer/restaurateur/humanitarian, she and her partner, Octavia Frazier-Porter, are leading the first woman-owned and Black-owned real estate development entity in New Jersey to be awarded a 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit from the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency (NJHMFA).
