Batman the Drone visits NewCourtland Apartments to see the progress on Phase II!
Where in the MBC world is Batman now?!? Batman flew on over to the site at NewCourtland Apartments in Northeast Philadelphia and things onsite are moving quickly. The first level of precast planks are being set and the wall panels on the third level are getting secured. Shout out to Independence Steel & Dale Construction for their handy work onsite these last few weeks. Phase 2 of this project will ultimately offer 48 one-bedroom apartments for seniors and support space along with convenient covered parking.
