Historic renovations to three-story brick façade rowhomes included code upgrades, energy-efficient improvements, masonry restoration, historic window replacement, roofing, new mechanical plumbing and electrical systems, and new finishes. All renovations complied with the Secretary of the Interior Standards for Historic Restoration and were approved by the National Park Service. Funding was provided by Pennsylvania Housing and Finance Agency (PHFA) and First Trust Bank. This project was highlighted at GreenBuild 2012 in San Francisco, California and achieved LEED® Platinum certification, it is considered one of the largest gut rehab projects awarded LEED® Platinum in the nation.
