The Hill at Whitemarsh - Hawk Ridge Villas

The Hawk Ridge Villas are two-story, eight (8) unit, high-end luxury residential buildings on the campus of The Hill at Whitemarsh with parking located below the first floor. The approximate size of these new buildings is 20,000SF with each unit’s total square footage ranging in size from approximately 2,500SF to 4,000SF.

Construction of the 5300 started Fall of 2024 and was completed Fall of 2025.
