Congratulations and great work to Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) , Delaware County Housing Authority, and Pennrose for their recent partnership on financing Kinder Park Phase IV! McDonald Building Company is beyond thrilled to be building the fourth and final phase of the Kinder Park project in Woodlyn, Delaware County for Pennrose Properties. This final phase will add a six-story, 96-unit building with several amenities to further support independent living for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
