Work is moving at 3.0 University Place in University City, where MDSA is building out the future home of the City of Philadelphia’s Office of Forensic Science within this 250,000 SF life sciences facility.

Watch how our team leveraged Dusty Robotics to digitally print wall framing layout, overhead mechanicals, and utility markings directly onto the slab, translating our BIM model into full-scale layout with exceptional accuracy. The result is increased efficiency, reduced labor, and no need for traditional chalk snaps. It is a smarter, more streamlined approach and a great example of how construction technology is helping our teams build better.
