McDonald Building Company is proud to be the selected builder for New Courtland Apartments at St. Bartholomew Phase Two. The exciting addition will add 48 one-bedroom apartments for seniors to the existing complex in Northeast Philadelphia. The 6-story, 56,000-square-foot addition will also offer updated support spaces and covered parking. Through the brilliant design minds at Blackney Hayes Architects, these residential apartments will give seniors (62 years and older) safe, affordable, and independent living options.
