Today’s Timelapse Tuesday features the groundbreaking progress on 3.0 University Place. 3.0 University Place has been a staple feature to introduce our McDonald Dale Strategic Alliance (MDSA) through defining true collaboration and watching the nation’s first LEED & WELL Platinum Certified Lab Building come to fruition. The amenity-rich building will serve as an eight-story, 250,000+ sq. ft. of Class A, commercial lab and office space prepped for tenants in the biotech and R&D industry.
