Batman flies over to 400 West Elm site in Conshohocken as a head start on spring updates!

All this talk about the weekend makes us think it’s about time for a Flyby Friday! Batman the Drone flew on over to Conshohocken to visit our 400 West Elm jobsite. Things may look a little different since you last saw the impressive 13-story luxury apartment complex – you’ll notice all the exterior wall panels are COMPLETE! Interior drywall finishes on the lower floors have officially started on the 348 units, making this beautiful build one step closer to completion this fall. Three stormwater basins in the back are complete, and we’re prepping for paving.
