Last week, Iliana, Danielle, and Shea proudly represented McDonald Building Company at the NAWIC Philadelphia Chapter Board Installation Dinner as the 2025-2026 program year kicked off. NAWIC plays such a vital role in advancing opportunities, leadership, and community for women in construction - and MBC is proud to support and celebrate that mission. Thank you to NAWIC Philly for hosting an inspiring evening of connection, recognition, and vision for the year ahead. #womeninconstruction #nawic #nawicphilly #buildingontrust #mbccares #mbcladies
