MBC spotlights some of 400 W. Elm Crew in honor of National Construction Appreciation Week!

In honor of Construction Appreciation Week, MBC is taking the time to highlight the efforts and stories of our incredible staff. 👷‍♀️🤩👷‍♂️ Construction has a meaningful impact to all of us in so many different ways...and today, we’re spotlighting our crew over at the 400 W. Elm jobsite in Conshohocken. We wanted to share just exactly what construction means to some of our 400 W. Elm'ers to recognize and appreciate the occasion. 🦺⬇️🏗 What does construction mean to you? #BuildingOnTrust #mbcbuilds #MBCcares #ConstructionAppreciationWeek #thanksforbuilding

New construction inspires growth in neighborhoods, communities, and cities. Personally, I enjoyed working with individuals on all levels; each offering their knowledge to me for the success of the project. After each project, I felt a sense of pride when construction was safely completed, and the owner’s design standards were met by producing a quality product for all to see and admire. I’ve benefited by working with the design team and now on the construction side; each division necessary for project success!!!
— Regina Ennis, Project Coordinator
Working in construction is a very satisfying career as you get to put your hands on all types of projects. You get to permanently cement yourself as a piece of that building/structure and reminisce on each job when you see it post-completion. You’re constantly learning and taking the lessons learned from past projects with you to apply to new projects. No two days are the same and it’s the ultimate team effort to get a project out of the ground and across the finish line.
— Jack Kenney, Project Engineer
Having a career in construction is one of the few where there is a tangible exhibition of your hard work, stress, and joy. I’ve been lucky to help build buildings that will house the under-resourced, teach future generations, treat cancer, and promote research and innovation. It means so much to live in an area of tremendous growth, and to work with people of all generations to come together for a common goal – to make the Philadelphia area a better place to work, live, and thrive.
— Ali Moats, Assistant Project Manager
