McDonald Building Company holds Stand-Down for Safety at 400 W. Elm jobsite for Mental Health

This past week McDonald Building Company held a Stand-Down for Safety at the 400 West Elm jobsite in Conshohocken, PA. πŸ‘·β€β™€οΈπŸ¦ΊπŸ‘·β€β™‚οΈ Industry-wide, the month of May is recognized as Mental Health Awareness Month. MBC invited Rob Labbe, Jr., CSP from American Global to talk with the teams onsite and raise awareness on suicide prevention and overall mental health. According to the CDC, the Construction Industry has the 2nd highest rate for suicides of all US industries. By raising awareness, providing the proper resources, and starting an open conversation for those who need it most - we all can make a difference in helping a colleague who may be struggling. MBC would like to thank Rob at American Global and all who took the time to attend this very relevant and important Safety Stand-Down that heavily affects the construction industry. πŸ€β›‘πŸ€ #standdown4safety #safetyaboveallelse #buildingontrust #spreadtheknowledge #safetyeveryday #mbccares #togetherforMH
