The first full week of March is a special celebration at MBC because it marks the start of Women in Construction (WIC) week! While we celebrate our incredible ladies on staff daily, this gives us one more reason to give them an honorable mention. We have some of the most innovative, caring, and overall INCREDIBLE women that we are so fortunate to rely on day in and day out at McDonald Building Company.
