MBC named Construction Partner for Project HOME's Renovations at Kate's Place on Sansom Street
McDonald Building McDonald Building Company is thrilled to announce we are preparing to start renovations over on Sansom Street in Philadelphia for Project HOME Kate’s Place. Dedicated to preservation, the project entails renovating the existing 144 units to further enhance the building’s amenities for residents. The renovations for this 11-story building have just started and will also include an ancillary community room, a library, chapel, and laundry services. Thank you to the creative design crew at Cicada Architecture and huge thank you to Project HOME for their tireless effort to offer supportive housing programs and permanent housing for those experiencing homelessness.
