Beaumont at Bryn Mawr - Health & Wellness Center

Currently in preconstruction, this phased project consists of the renovations to Beaumont at Bryn Mawr’s Wellness Center and Patient Housing Wings. The Wellness Center will be undergoing a complete renovation and repositioning of its spaces. The Patient Wings will be undergoing renovations for new finishes, new bathrooms, and new technology as needed. This project will also include upgrades and additions to the HVAC systems in order to be in compliance with the latest DOH codes and regulations. The facility will stay operational during the entirety of the project.

Construction begins Spring 2025.
